Position Title: Senior Project Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Delivery & Automation Leader to lead the evolution of our delivery and team management framework. This role is equal parts strategic operator, systems-thinker, and team enabler. You will work closely with the founder to set up automated routines, delivery oversight mechanisms, and performance cadences that remove ambiguity and elevate team performance.
The right candidate will be deeply familiar with Odoo, passionate about building self-sustaining systems, and capable of converting complex delivery goals into actionable, automated workflows.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Delivery & Execution Management
Own the end-to-end delivery of IT audit, compliance, and cybersecurity projects.
Establish weekly and monthly delivery rosters, assigning responsibilities and deadlines within Odoo.
Identify delivery risks early and implement a system of proactive escalations.

2. Odoo-Based Automation & Workflow Engineering
Design and deploy Odoo modules for:
Task allocation and follow-up automation.
Weekly and monthly project calendars.
Role-based dashboards for performance and SLA tracking.
Project milestones with automated alerts and review checkpoints.

Create automated workflows for onboarding, feedback loops, and internal project reviews.

3. Team Structuring & Oversight
Drive structure for junior team members with clearly defined tasks, expectations, and timelines.
Mentor and coach emerging talent while implementing automated performance reviews and daily/weekly stand-up prompts through Odoo.
Translate founder-level strategic direction into manageable delivery components with minimal ambiguity.

4. Cultural Transformation & Leadership
Build a culture of rigorous follow-through, transparent communication, and outcome orientation.
Serve as the human interface between founder vision and team execution, absorbing complexity and clarifying direction.
Instil a cadence of weekly reviews, monthly retrospectives, and delivery accountability ceremonies.

Qualifications & Experience:
10+ years in delivery leadership roles, ideally within consulting, IT audit, or GRC environments.
Proven experience deploying and optimising Odoo for team/project management and automation.
Demonstrated ability to lead distributed, junior teams while enforcing high standards.
Strong understanding of delivery lifecycles, operational KPIs, and resource planning.
Experience designing workflows for automation platforms and establishing reporting infrastructure.
